  1. This will redirect you to the Single Sign In Page. Sign in here using your UB Username and password.

 

  1.  If you would like, click the box to ‘Don’t show this again’ and click the yes box to ‘Stay Signed-In’.

 

  1. Dynamics 356 will open on your screen. Click the drop down menu in the top right corner under Dynamics 365 and then click Customer Service Hub to begin.

5. You should bookmark http://bridgeport.edu/helpdesk-login and use it for future logins directly to the Customer Service Hub.
